Who you are contracting with
The Dragon SMP app, server and store are operated by Dragonsmpof ("we", "us"), trading as Dragon SMP. When you use the app or buy anything from the Server Store, your agreement is with Dragonsmpof. You can contact us at abdullahaziz50900@gmail.com.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, submitting a whitelist application, buying from the Server Store, or continuing to use the app, you agree to these terms and to the server rules. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have your parent or guardian's permission.
Server rules
Dragon SMP is hardcore Minecraft. One death means a permanent ban from the world. Players must not swear, share personal information, or ask others for private details. Server addresses and invites are only for approved players and must never be shared.
Acceptable use
You must not use the app unlawfully, commit fraud, spam or harass others, infringe anyone's intellectual property, upload media you do not own, cheat or exploit the server, or interfere with our security — including malware, probing, scanning, scraping or attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours.
Your application
You must provide your real Minecraft gamertag, choose the correct platform, and upload only your own screenshot or video of the assigned task. Fake, copied, unrelated or AI-generated media will result in denial.
Tasks are permanent
Each role gives one unique task that is tied to your account forever. You cannot swap tasks, and only proof of that exact task is accepted. Redstoner, Miner and Builder send a photo. Army sends a video.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Keep your email address accurate and up to date so you can receive your application result and server details.
Payments and subscriptions
The Server Store sells a monthly membership (a 2-month free trial, then $25.00 per month until cancelled) and one-time purchases such as the Whitelist Express Pass, the Grand Dragon Master Bundle and custom Discord perks. All prices are in US dollars and taxes may be added at checkout. Payment, billing, currency, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Our own refund policy is on the Refund policy page.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Licence and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app and any purchased perks for your own personal, non-commercial play. Dragonsmpof retains ownership of the app, its software, text, branding, task archive and documentation. You must not reverse engineer it, resell or redistribute access, or bypass technical limits. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos and messages you upload, and you grant us a limited licence to host, review and process them (including automated checks) solely to run the whitelist and moderate the community. Do not upload anything you do not have the rights to.
Service level and warranties
The app and server are provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free access — the world runs on third-party hosting and may be offline, reset or unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including lost progress, builds, items, profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Email and notifications
You agree that the email address you enter may be used to send your application status, server details if approved, purchase confirmations, and important server updates. The admin can see your gamertag, email, platform, role and uploaded media.
Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy notice. Never send real names, ages, addresses, phone numbers, school names or social media handles in the application or lobby chat. Staff will remove any message that contains private information.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or permanently end your access for material breach of these terms or the server rules, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious rule violations. You may stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account. When access ends, your data is handled as described in the Privacy notice.
Admin decisions
The Dragon SMP admin may approve or deny any application for any reason. All decisions are final. Approved players may still be removed from the whitelist for breaking server rules.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes will be handled by its courts, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the law of your own country. We may transfer these terms as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business; you may not transfer them without our consent. Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
Changes
These terms and the server rules may be updated at any time. Continuing to use the application or play on the server means you accept the latest version.
