How long does a whitelist application take?
Most applications are reviewed within 48 hours. You get an email as soon as a decision is made — approved players receive the join details in that email.
My application was denied. Can I try again?
Yes. You can send us an appeal from the Appeal page inside your account, or email us and explain what you have changed since your last attempt.
I paid but did not get my perk yet.
Custom Discord role names and colors are checked by staff before they go live, which can take up to 48 hours. If it has been longer, email us with the email address you used at checkout.
How do I cancel my membership or ask for a refund?
Manage your order at paddle.net using your checkout email, or email us and we will handle it for you. Full details are on the Refund policy page.
Which platforms can join?
Dragon SMP is a hardcore crossplay server, so both Java Edition and Bedrock Edition players are welcome. Choose your platform on the application form.
I was banned. Is that permanent?
This is a one-life hardcore server, so dying or breaking a core rule means a permanent ban. You may still send one appeal and staff will read it.
