Refund policy
Last updated: 14 September 2026. This policy covers everything sold in the Dragon SMP Server Store.

30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a Dragon SMP purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to the Dragon SMP Membership, the Whitelist Express Pass, the Grand Dragon Master Bundle and the custom Discord perks.
How to request a refund
Our orders are handled by our reseller Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or email us at abdullahaziz50900@gmail.com and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.
Subscriptions and cancellations
The Dragon SMP Membership starts with a 2-month free trial and then bills $25.00 per month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through paddle.net or by emailing us; cancelling stops future renewals. A renewal charge can be refunded if you contact us within 30 days of that charge.
Trial period
During the free trial you are not charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken and there is nothing to refund.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, any paid benefit connected to it ends — for example VIP whitelist priority, Discord role names or colors, and included in-game Dragon Tokens are removed. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and the time it takes to appear depends on your bank.
Abuse and rule breaches
Refunds are not a way around the server rules. Being removed from the whitelist for breaking the rules does not by itself create a right to a refund outside the 30-day window, and we may decline repeated refund requests that are clearly abusive.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including any statutory cancellation rights for digital purchases. Paddle's own refund policy also applies: paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
